New Rides at Disneyland 2024

Adventureland Treehouse

The Adventureland Treehouse, which opened November 10, 2013will replaced the prior Tarzan Treehouse. It is loosely based upon the Swiss Family Robinson story, and features a room for each member of the family. The bottom floor has a living room and dining room that are accessible without having to climb up the treehouse. Who doesn't love a treehouse?

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway

Step into the magical world of Mickey and Minnie Mouse in Toon Town, as they embark for a picnic on a perfect day, that ends up in an unpredictable adventure. Enjoy the classic Disney animation with a fun ride experience for visitors of all ages.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is one of the newest rides at Disneyland. It opened on January 27, 2023 as part of Disney 100 year anniversary celebration.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Join the Resistance and battle the First Order in this groundbreaking attraction, full of surprises. Star Wars fans of all ages will be captured by Kylo Ren and experience a series of heart-pounding encounters before you manage to escape and live the tell the tale like a true hero of the Resistance.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is one of the new rides at Disneyland, and is a unique experience. The ride opened on Jan. 17, 2020, but was shut down when Disneyland closed during COVID-19. It is open again, and is one of the best rides at Disneyland! You won't want to miss this.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run

Millenium Falcon Smuggler Run Disneyland

Ride iconic Millennium Falcon on a daring smuggling mission, just like Han Solo. Join a crew of fellow visitors as you navigate through a dynamic space adventure, as you participate in one of the roles as pilot, gunner, or engineer. Your decisions directly impact the outcome, so ride again if you can to become the best smuggler in the Star Wars universe.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is one of the new rides at Disneyland. It opened in the new Star Wars land called Galaxy's Edge on August 29, 2019. So if you haven't been to Galaxy's Edge, you need to check it out.

Radiator Springs Racers

One of the best new rides at Disneyland, Radiator Springs Racers is based on characters from the film series Cars. It is located in Disney California Adventure theme park, and while it opened awhile ago on June 15 2012, it still draws a huge crowd. You won't want to miss it.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure

Tiana's Bayou Adventure is scheduled to open in 2024, to replace Splash Mountain Disneyland ride, which permanently closed on May 31, 2023. Don't worry, you will still get the drop at the end, but the overall theme is changing to The Princess and the Frog and it will be renamed Tiana's Bayou Adventure. We can't wait to try out this new ride at Disneyland!
